Wyoming Ultimate Bartender Showdown

Wyoming is built on its bars. From the neighborhood watering hole to the high-end resort lounges, the bartender is the heart of the town. On September 18–20, 2026, we are gathering the elite from all 23 counties in Newcastle to see who truly owns the pine.

THE WEEKEND LINEUP 

FRIDAY, SEPT 18: The Kickoff 

● 3:00 PM: Check-In. Lobby of the Super 8. Grab your gear, your official shirt, and your room key. 

● 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: T.I.P.S. Professionalism Seminar. * Newcastle Industry Standard: We start with the craft. A refresher on responsible service and professional standards. Location: TBA (Super 8 Conference Area). 

● 7:00 PM: The Meet & Greet BBQ. Hosted in the Super 8 Lounge. ○ Free food, cold drinks, and high-energy networking. Meet the judges and scope out your competition before the ice starts shaking. 

SATURDAY, SEPT 19: The "Chopped" Rounds 

● 11:00 AM: Round 1: The Appetizer Basket (Chopped Style). 3 Mystery Ingredients. 15 Minutes. Don’t get chopped. 

● 3:00 PM: Round 2: The Main Course (Chopped Style). The stakes get higher, the ingredients get weirder. Only the Final Five will survive to see Sunday. 

SUNDAY, SEPT 20: The Grand Finale 

● 1:00 PM: Round 3: The "New Wyoming" Cocktail. * A Mystery Liquor will be revealed live on stage. ○ You must create a brand-new, iconic Wyoming drink on the fly. 

● 4:00 PM: Crowning of the Champion. Trophies, cash, and state-wide bragging rights.
